I’m currently US Assistant Editor at Stylus, a trends agency. I write about everything from consumer attitudes toward dinner parties and food industry trade shows to consumer-facing travel technology and the evolving role of physical retail. I also host episodes of the podcast Future Thinking and manage the company Instagram.
I studied Italian at the University of Bristol (UK) and the Università di Pavia. I have an MA from University College London, where I researched Italian food marketing and the Mediterranean diet.
I’ve written for Serious Eats, Roads & Kingdoms, Put A Egg On It and Mold Magazine, among others. I’ve also worked on social media strategy for food and travel startups.
